About Support Options
Support for computer systems is very important, you need to know that there's someone you can ask for help if you don't understand something or things seem to be behaving in an unexpected manner.
During normal office hours we aim to respond to all Support requests immediately. Sometimes however this isn't possible, in which case we'll help you as soon as we are able to.

Subscribing to Agent Arrange gives you the following levels of support:

| Direct PC | You can call our support line, and we will be able to actually see your computer screen and show you how to resolve the problem** | Immediate |
* These are the times we aim to respond to your support requests during office hours. Sometimes we might not be able to meet these targets but in that event we will call you back to resolve your issue as soon as we have available resources.
** In order for Direct PC support to work we need to set your computer up before hand. Preparing your computer in this way will give us the ability to see what you see and operate your computer. Usually we will only enable one computer per site in this way.
