Debtor Chasing
With one click you can see a list of all your debtors, how much they owe you and when you last chased them. Select a debtor, and with 1 more click Agent Arrange has produced a Statement of Account, reminding them what they owe you, what it’s for, and when you Invoiced for it. The document is immediately ready to be printed or emailed straight to the Client.

Receiving Payments
When receiving payments you can easily match them up with Job numbers so that the right money goes into the right pot, and for those mysterious payments that appear without identifiers you can use the “Mystery Payments” functionality to search for possible matches.

Agent Arrange users a customizable Clearance period for different types of payment, so you hold onto the money until the cheque’s cleared.

Paying Artists
At any given time, Agent Arrange can instantly tell you how much you need to pay to each Artist and how much commission you make on it.
You can pay your artists at whatever frequency you want. Daily, Weekly, Quarterly, When you feel like it? It’s all OK, Agent Arrange does the sums and it’s ready to help you whenever you want.
The payments to Artists are calculated automatically, descriptive statement are produced ready to be printed or emailed (you can even send a copy straight to the Artist’s accountant!).
