We prepare the system for you and set it up at your site, making sure everything’s running OK.

We provide initial training, and plenty of ongoing help and support to help you to get the best out of the system. We’ve got customers who previously went with other agency systems, and we’ve heard the bad stories – Trainers who didn’t know the systems, poorly customized “generic” packages, straightjacket contract terms, databases that were not fit for purpose. They’ve had to junk the systems, wasting their precious time and money.
