internal Invoicing and Money Flow system.

You can Invoice for work at the time of the booking, or you can use the
dedicated Invoicing form to present you with a list of all the Invoices you need
to send.

Invoicing is easy with Agent Arrange. Simply click the Job you want to invoice
and press a button - the invoice is generated there and then.

Invoices can be printed as a paper copy or emailed as a rtf (how much time would
that save you?); Invoices are stored for future reference; they can be
re-issued or voided and you can issue Credit Notes.

Don't use Invoices? If the kind of work your business does isn't built around
Invoicing that's no problem, the additional Money Flow and reporting features of
Agent Arrange can work whether or not you've formally produced invoices for
work.

Most importantly of all, as an agent, you may find you have to invoice on behalf
of your artists; using their VAT and NI details. Agent Arrange has been
specifically designed with this in mind.
