Diary
At the core of the Agent Arrange system lies the Diary. This keeps track of all the bookings you have made.
  • It's easy to move from week to week, to view only the appointments for certain Artists and Studios or for Certain Clients or Job types.
  •  A traffic-light system allows you to instantly see the status of any Job in the Diary, and customizable colour settings make seeing job types easy, while a handy system of Flag codes allow you to see the Invoicing and Payment status of each job at a glance.
  •  To help you even further, there are several different views of the Diary, each offering its own unique abilities:

Week View

The Week View is an excellent way to see all the bookings you have over a seven day period.

Day Zoom

You can also zoom in on 1 day...

Year View

The Year View is an excellent way to get an at-a-glance idea of bookings for an Artist or Studio over an entire year.

Diary Year View

Day View

The Day view is a great way to line up simultaneous availability of multiple Studios, Artists or other Assets. The Day View can display up to 20 columns at a time. You can choose to have the columns of equal width or you can specify widths for each column.
