| Actions |
| A lot of the time you'll find that most actions you need to perform are quite similar. To help with this each form in the system has a number of Action Buttons arrayed in an Action Bar. What Actions are available will vary from form to form. Like the NavBar, the Action bars have been designed to make using the system as quick and easy as possible. |
Help
| Every form in the system has a help button on it. Pressing this button will load up and display a comprehensive help page for that particular form explaining : |

OK / Exit
| This closes the form you are looking at. If necessary it will also save any information you might have changed before you leave. |
Cancel
| Sometimes you make changes and then
decide you don't want them anymore. Use the Cancel button to close a form
without saving changes. |
| When you don't need something any more
it's a simple task to remove it from the system. |
| If you're ever unsure of what a particular button does you can move the mouse over it for a short while and its name will appear. |
