Why can’t I choose less than a fifteen minute block?
In our
experience 15 mins is the smallest amount of time most people require.
Restricting the selection to 15 minute blocks speeds up administration and helps
prevent mistakes.
If you really
need smaller time units then let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
I
can’t see any numbers on the little squares that represent the days.
There are
several possible causes for this:
1)
You have set the label font colour to the same as the background colour and so
the text doesn’t show up.
Go
to My Preferences, press the “Restore Defaults” button in the bottom left
hand corner.
Close
the form.
Try
again.
2) You do not have the latest service pack for Windows XP installed.
You
should go to the Microsoft website and find and install the latest service pack.
Then try again.
If
it still doesn’t work try Uninstalling and re-installing Agent Arrange and
then trying the calendar again before proceeding to the final possibility.
3) Your PC’s registry might be corrupted.
This requires
some very serious fixing, in fact the only sure method we know at present is to
wipe your PC and re-install windows. This will
destroy all information on your PC so only attempt to do this if you are
absolutely sure you know what you are doing.
You
will need to make backups of all your important files and put them on another PC
or storage device before wiping your PC.
In
particular, if the Agent Arrange Database lives on your PC you must move it /
make a copy in a safe location.
