Contacts Form
There’s an awful lot of Fields on this form, aren’t there?
Yes, that’s true.
But you don’t need to use them all. In fact, you can get away with using
hardly any of them, if that’s what you want. It would be useful if you could
provide a First and/or Second name, make sure they’re marked as Active, and
perhaps put their Organization in, but other than that it’s all optional. Mind
you though, the more data you put in the more useful the system will be for you.
I added someone a few minutes ago, and I’ve added more people since, and now I can’t find the person I added. What should I do?
1) Use the Last
button 
to go to the last record.
2) Use the Previous
button 
to step back through the records one
by one until you find who you are looking for. It shouldn’t take long.
If it does take a
long time, then you probably deleted the record without realizing it.
